1. Press-On Nails
Q: How do I choose my nail size? A: Measure the widest part of each nail bed. You can view our full Size Chart for measurements in mm. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a comfortable fit.
Q: How long will press-on nails last? A: With adhesive tabs: 2–5 days, ideal for events. With nail glue: Up to 7–14 days, depending on daily activities. Avoid prolonged hot water exposure to extend wear time.
Q: Are the press-on nails reusable? A: Yes. If removed gently with warm soapy water and cuticle oil, you can reuse your set multiple times. We recommend adhesive tabs for easier removal to preserve the nails.
Q: How to safely remove false nails without damaging natural nails? A: Soak fingers in warm soapy water or cuticle oil for 10–15 minutes to loosen adhesive. Do NOT force or peel off the nails.
Q: What is included in each press-on nail set? A: Each set contains 24 nails, adhesive tabs, nail file, cuticle stick, and alcohol prep pads.
Q: Will the colour look identical to photos? A: Colours may slightly vary due to different screen lighting. We take photos under natural daylight to match the real product as closely as possible.
Q: Can I wear press-ons while washing dishes/showering? A: Brief contact with water is fine, but long exposure to hot water will weaken adhesion.
2. Jewellery
Q: Are your jewellery pieces hypoallergenic? A: Most of our jewellery uses alloy with anti-tarnish plating. Sensitive skin customers please wear with caution.
Q: How to keep jewellery from tarnishing? A: Avoid contact with perfume, shower water, sweat and cleaning products. Store in a dry box when not wearing. Wipe with the polishing cloth regularly.
Q: Do jewellery items come with gift packaging? A: All orders are packed in our brand gift boxes, suitable for gifting.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship? A: We ship across the United Kingdom, and selected European countries.
Q: How long is delivery within the UK? A: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days.
Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number.
Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Free standard UK shipping on orders over £50.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept unused, unopened items within 14 days after delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened press-on nail sets cannot be returned. Defective goods must be reported with photos within 7 days upon arrival.
Q: Who covers return shipping costs? A: Returns due to customer preference are at buyer’s cost. We cover shipping for defective/wrong items.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after checkout? A: You may cancel orders before dispatch. Please contact us ASAP via email. Once shipped, changes are unavailable.
