Orders are dispatched from our physical store located at 123-124 Queens Road, Brighton and Hove, Brighton, BN1 3WB, United Kingdom.
Delivery Options within the United Kingdom
We currently offer two delivery services for UK addresses only:
- Express Delivery Cost: £6.99 Estimated delivery timescale: 1–2 business days after order processing.
- Standard Delivery Cost: £4.99. Free standard delivery on all orders with a subtotal of £50.00 and above. Estimated delivery timescale: 3–5 business days after order processing.
*Working days exclude weekends and UK public bank holidays.
Delivery Options to the European Union
Standard International Delivery Cost: £14.99 Estimated delivery timescale: 3–5 business days after order processing. Tax & Customs Notice: Shipments to EU countries may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties and courier handling fees. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.
Delivery Options to Other International Destinations
Standard International Delivery Cost: £23.99 Estimated delivery timescale: 3–5 business days after order processing. Tax & Customs Notice: Import duties, taxes and local administrative fees are not covered by shipping costs. Any additional charges incurred during customs clearance must be settled by the customer.
Order Processing
All orders are processed during store opening hours. We aim to process orders within 1 working day. During peak sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Issues
If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave delivery instructions for redelivery or collection from a local parcel shop. Additional redelivery charges may apply in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions.
Delivery Restrictions
If your destination country is not listed within our shipping zones, we are unable to fulfil your order. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be fully guaranteed due to courier delays or customs clearance.
Returns Information
All returns should be sent to 123-124 Queens Road, Brighton and Hove, Brighton, BN1 3WB, United Kingdom. Customers based in the United Kingdom, European Union and all other international territories are responsible for covering all return shipping costs to our UK return address.
