# Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched from our physical store located at 123-124 Queens Road, Brighton and Hove, Brighton, BN1 3WB, United Kingdom.

## Delivery Options within the United Kingdom
We currently offer two delivery services for UK addresses only:
1. Express Delivery
Cost: £6.99
Estimated delivery timescale: 1–2 business days after order processing.

2. Standard Delivery
Cost: £4.99. Free standard delivery on all orders with a subtotal of £50.00 and above.
Estimated delivery timescale: 3–5 business days after order processing.

*Working days exclude weekends and UK public bank holidays.

## Order Processing
All orders are processed during store opening hours. We aim to process orders within 1 working day. During peak sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

## Delivery Issues
If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave delivery instructions for redelivery or collection from a local parcel shop. Additional redelivery charges may apply in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions.

## Delivery Restrictions
We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.

## Returns
