Jewellery Care Tips
Wearing Rules
Budget alloy plating is thin — fading over time is normal wear, not a defect.
1. Beauty first, jewellery last
Put on makeup, perfume and sunscreen before your pieces. Remove them before removing makeup.
2. Keep it away from water & sweat
No shower, pool, hot tub, sauna, gym or housework. Water corrodes plating and loosens stones.
3. Handle with care
Avoid hard knocks, tugs and all-day wear, especially when sweating.
Cleaning Tips
Alloy with Stones
- Wipe after each wear with a soft microfibre cloth
- Light stains: lukewarm water + tiny drop of mild soap, soft brush, rinse, dry immediately
- ❌ No silver cloth, toothpaste, baking soda, vinegar or ultrasonic cleaner
Faux Pearls
- Dry cloth only; slightly damp if needed, then dry right away
- ❌ No soaking, alcohol, perfume or harsh chemicals
Resin
- Soft cloth wipe; keep away from heat, sunlight and solvents
Storage & Don'ts
✅ Do
- Store each piece separately (zip bag or velvet pouch)
- Squeeze air out; add a small desiccant packet for alloy
- Keep cool, dry and out of direct sunlight
❌ Don't
- Wear in shower, pool, sauna or gym
- Spray perfume, sunscreen or hairspray directly on it
- Clean with alcohol, toothpaste or bleach
- Drop or pull roughly — glued stones may fall out
- Mix with other jewellery that can scratch it
